If you are in the New York City area and are facing infertility, I invite you to join my Yin Yoga for Fertility class. This class is specifically designed for women who are trying to conceive and will provide you with the tools and support you need to reduce stress and improve your chances of conception.
In my class, you will learn how to release deep-seated stress, improve hormonal balance and emotions, and bring mental clarity and internal calmness. You will also learn how to use props such as cushions and bolsters to support your body in the poses and to hold the postures for a longer duration.
The class takes place every Monday from 8:00 am-9:15 am at The Berkley Center for Reproductive Wellness in New York City. Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothes. The fee is $20.00 per class or $80.00 for five classes.
